Stroopvafels are inspired by the classic Dutch Stroopvafels - a delightful treat. Originating in South Holland in the late 18th Century, these “syrup waffles” are beloved in the Netherlands and cherished worldwide. We leave out the eggs, milk and dairy, offering a plant-based alternative without sacrificing the flavor of the original classic!
